THE BRIEF
–
Visilab wants to talk about its contact lens ranges on social media, in stills and in motion. The object is tiny, transparent, and does not photograph: a lens cannot be told the way a frame can. The job was to find what makes a piece of optics worth looking at on screen, while holding the brand promise of quality, service and style.
OUR PLAYGROUND
–
First Frame wrote the art direction before animating anything: graphic research, asset creation, five style frames to lock the approach. That approach comes from the object itself. Refraction, diffraction, shifts from blur to focus, light playing on the material: everything a lens does to what you look at through it becomes the language of the film. Then the 3D and motion design build, adapted into social formats, still and animated.
