Lens, de sang et d’or, a four-part documentary series produced by Elide and aired on La chaîne L’Équipe in June 2020: RC Lens’s 2019-2020 season from the inside, from the Ligue 1 objective to promotion, by way of the autumn title, the mourning of Daniel Leclercq, Philippe Montanier’s dismissal, Franck Haise’s arrival and the empty stadiums of Covid. A score for a club that is first of all a people: carrying a whole season, from euphoria to grief, from the dressing room to the empty stands, without ever letting go of the colours.

Fifty-one tracks, one hour thirty-eight of original music composed by Axel Covo, with additional music by Mickael Winter and John Shamir, synced to picture episode by episode. Northern Anthem, Land Legacy, Golden Blood for the anthem, the land and the blood and gold; Farewell, Shut the Gates, At Last for the grief, the lockdown and the release. First Frame also handled the executive production of the score: supervising the recording and delivering the four episodes.
